In Nj we have the no fault insurance.
That's why our rates are always higher than evertone else.
Plus its for 2 cars,one a Nissan(not a luxury car) and the other a Kia(liability only)

My brother who is 21,was quoted at 800/month for a 2000 Kia.
this was only for liability
