Just refinanced with the same company. Since it's the same company i'm paying the mortgage every month i assumed they would spell the street name right. In hindsight, I should have checked but didn't so here's the question. I already mailed the closing docs and i find out they mispelled the street name wrong ( just added another letter-but it's still wrongly spelled). Called the loan processor right away and she said that i have to wait a week till it gets to the "servicing dept" and they will correct the spelling and that it will still fund the whole process. Has anyone experienced this and how hard is it to correct this mistake? Thanks.

Thanks so much for the link. I will email the supervisor of the loan processor and see what we can do at this point. Hopefully, i don't have to be charged for anything since i don't know how a misspelling can happen if it's a refi with the same company.
