Just refinanced with the same company. Since it's the same company i'm paying the mortgage every month i assumed they would spell the street name right. In hindsight, I should have checked but didn't so here's the question. I already mailed the closing docs and i find out they mispelled the street name wrong ( just added another letter-but it's still wrongly spelled). Called the loan processor right away and she said that i have to wait a week till it gets to the "servicing dept" and they will correct the spelling and that it will still fund the whole process. Has anyone experienced this and how hard is it to correct this mistake?
