As for the scores, not unusual at all. Not every creditor reports to every bureau. So, if only one account was late or went into collection and they only reported to EQUIFAX, that score will be significantly lower than the rest. It happens, but when it does, it's easy to spot why.

It could just as easily be an error. It should be investigated and corrected, if possible.
