Default Amerisave

I am looking to finance investment properties. I tried the online mortgage quote from Amerisave and it seems to be much better that what a mortgage broker is quoting me.

Anyone has done financing with Amerisave? If so how was your experience. Did you really get the rates that they quote and did your financing go through without any issues.

Thanks

Exclamation I would suggest

I would suggest you not take any online tickler offer very seriously. They use optimum setting and sometimes neg am.

If they have the best deal fine. However, I always suggest persons talk to their local bank, a lender, and a broker. Sometimes you truly get what you pay for at the closing table.

this can be a huge turnaround if it wasnt.

also depends on the broker you speak to.....some brokers only have access to a dozen lenders...others have access to 3-400 lenders
