When applying for a USDA loan do they pull bank stmts? (lender, job)

I was just wondering if they pull or have me pull bank statements. Also, what questions do they ask my employer?

No one "pulls" bank statements, but you will send the lender your bank statements, your past 2 months worth, and if the next month comes and you haven't closed yet, you'll send the next month's statements.

They ask your employer if you work there, how your pay is structured, and if they see your job stable with continued employment. If you've given a 2 week's notice, and your employer tells them that, you're not getting a loan.
