nada, never heard of them - get their NMLS# and look them up at the site below. It should also pull up the loan officers there, and then you can check their 10 year history to check out their experience.
Thanks, SmartMoney. I checked, they have no actions against them. Guess that's good. They are very local - hqtrs in AL and only 1 office in GA. She's working with a fed credit union so we'll see how that goes.

My local bank here is in the Synovus family and that's who I used. Local bank loan officer and her processor were fantastic. Great rate, lots of hand holding (1st time buyer!). They sold off the loan immediately (which they had told me they would do.)
