Default Taxes regarding home

Do we need to pay state taxes every year along with real estate taxes every month?

In NC I have to pay state income taxes....property taxes....AND car tax....EVERY YEAR!

I am not talking about state income tax, im talking about state tax/stamps thats stated in GFE under 'Government recording & transfer charges'

$1448.33 charged for this .It comes under closing costs

Tax stamps are paid at purchase and in some states, also during refinances. But no, it's not an annual charge
