Thank you for the reply SmartMoney. You are correct. I am 100% having a pity party. I am trying so hard to be productive & proactive. I just want to know what she needs to be clarified ASAP and that is my problem.

I have my fingers crossed that everything will work out. Also, everyone keeps telling me exactly what you said. 11 days are very long in the mortgage world. Thank you for your advice!

Finally got an updated. UW wanted 6 more conditions. Basically, 12 months of bank statements showing our semi truck payment was taken out of business acct every month. It has been taken froom there since Aug. 2013 so all good there.

Then a letter from CPA stating that any funds used from business acct will not negatively affect the business

She also wanted us to close our Target & Best Buy card even after zero balance, so we did.

Back in UW for the 3rd time. Talk about an emotional roller coaster. T-9 days til CLOSING!

This morning we got the closing date & time from our realtor as well as the Title closing statement. Closing is set for 9 am on the 29th!

SmartMoney: Is this common without having the official clear to close yet?

I am hoping maybe they know something we don't?!?!

We had our date and time for closing set as soon as our offer was accepted, before we had even filled out the loan paperwork. I doubt it means anything. Then again, if for some reason they were reluctant to schedule the time in the beginning, maybe it's a good sign?

I sure hope so! We had the date set but no time. Still in UW at this time. We were told our file is a RUSH this morning. UW has had 2 more questions from the paperwork that we had gotten cleared up.

Waiting for the green light is pure torture at this point.
