Have had a mortgage loan thru Provident funding for approx. 4 years now.

They are a great mtg provider and I have zero complaints with them.

My financial wheels were spinning in my head a few days ago ... and I got to thinking about paying my monthly mtg payment via credit card to accrue miles / cc perks.

Called provident and it is a no go. They do not offer this.

I also inquired about the possibility of my mtg being sold / transferred to another provider and was told they DO NOT do that. Which is great news as my last VA loan on my last house was sold / transferred a few times and made me alittle skittish as that was my 1st home purchase.

This is just an FYI posting by the way - thank you !
