It's funny how all the lenders send me notification of rate change around 10:40AM....It makes it look like they're all owned by the same company!

It looks like the rates are flat today.
Lenders are taking advantage of the falling market...and keeping the rates the same. Basically, putting the money into their pocket.

I guess you can blame UnitedHealthCare and Johnson & Johnson.
They either matched the forecast or beat it...and since they're huge companies...they're driving up the market this morning. Otherwise we would still be down 300-400 points

They changed in the afternoon....and are going down this morning as well.

most loan officers/realtors keep a website with information on their profile.
