i'm sure there maybe some......I have heard of 1 lender offering it.

Not sure if they still do. FHA/VA has taken over, and also LPMI

they're a wholesaler not retailer

80/20 is rough. I don't know anyone doing it at present.

Wells Fargo was offering these just a few months ago. You must have stellar credit though to even think about getting ahold of one.

And not in a declining market. That said, Wells scrubbed most of their programs... so good luck.

As far as I know, we are still under our prequal with them for an 80/20. We pulled our house off the market for a few reasons. But the offer is still there.
