don't know, but emphasizing the wholesalers rate.

borrowers obtaining that rate with no cost is not going to happen.

I got pre-approved yesterdat for a 249K 30 year FHA with 3% down for 6% flat. I have a credit score of 735 if that helps.

i wouldn't shop around until you have a signed contract with a definite closing date.

if it's a short sale, then you may want to wait to lock in the rate or do a long lock (45-60)
