It could have been where a lis pendis was filed, then the person caught up with payments, went behind again, same thing happened. I check court records all the time and see this on lots of people. Way back also.
That's one thing about Florida. Their county records are easy to track.
Thanks so that might be the case....paid a little and than fell behind again, maybe. I know they have a lis pendens on another home also. They sold it but that owner (my best guess) couldn't pay for the whole amount and they gave a personal mortgage and now that person has gotten a foreclosure notice as well so they were served as well. By the way this is the #... times they had a lis pendens in their life and I'm not feeling sorry because in between they have been convicted for fraud, shoplifting (grand theft), etc. 3 times convicted so not the best Americans to do business with or give a loan to. Also the one person is stillon probation so I was surprised that a mortgage company gives a mortgage to a person like this, just after the 3rd conviction....?
