Default FHA loan lender score requirements

Hello new to the forum, I have learned a lot from reading here.

I will bring my score up to 580 or 600 in 1 month or 2 max waiting for new zero balance to be reflected on credit report.

Anyone know any lenders that would consider me for a mortgage loan.

Good stuff first:
I make 82,000/year my monthly debt is 600 dollars
Same industry employment for last 7 years
Never missed payment on rent or car
Paying 1200 per month in rent right now without problems

Bad stuff
some old collection accounts (no federal loans)
last 12 months had 1 macys card for 100 dlls delinquent for 90 days (currently zero balance/payed as agreed)
I have 3 credit cards with 14 month history 2 months ago I had high balance on them and 30 days late (after 30 days late I payed balances on all cards in full, have not updated to credit report)

Currently working with credit repair agency waiting for answer to letters.

I am interested in a FHA loan. I am in Houston. Price of new home is 200,000

Thanks

I'd do some searching for mortgage brokers in your area rather than a straight lender. You might get a little more leeway going that route. Just a suggestion. I don't know Houston so I don't know of any, unfortunately. Banks will give you the lowest they possibly can.
