Has anyone or know of anyone obtained a new mortgage after bankrupcy from a time share?

i am not too familiar with time shares and how you would be foreclosed on that, but as far as bankruptcy's go, typically after 1 year you can obtain financing as long as your employment/income is in good standing

this WILL depend on the type of bankruptcy, and the current borrower qualifications.
