It is good news to see AG Jerry Brown today going after the scam artists and giving good advice to consumers to protect themselves. You can contact his office to see if the company you use is registered/bonded.

Anyone can "hide" on the internet so just because something is posted in this thread, that doesn't necessarily make it true.

I think we're at an impasse with whether this is a scam or not and we're basically at the point of "did not!" / "did too!". So, for now, the only thing that should be added to this thread is actual, updated, verified information.

If someone completes a modification -- please post it. If someone learns of legal action against the company -- please post it. Accusatory and/or self-congratulatory posts will be deleted.

DOTM, thank you for stepping in. Either way things turn out, I just want, as you said, verified information. Those of us in the program have already made the choice and we can only wait for that information, no matter what happens.
