Anyone an expert in this area? I looked at thier site and it seems about the same deal as a VA loan. Lowest apr was 5.95 % and right now the lowest VA loan is 6.0&....
Just wondering if there is really any big difference between the two?

Reason: add
LTV is loan to value. So if you are buying a home for lets say $100,000 and you put down 20%, your loan to value would be $80,000 loan / $100,000 value = 80% ltv
If you can qualify on a VA loan, that would be the best way to go. VA still offers 100% financing, great rates and no monthly mortgage insurance.
