Does anyone know anything about UFFC, United Fidelity Finance Corp. LLC out of Wichita, KS. I'm a FL. M.B. shopping a refi loan and someone recommended them.

They offer 3.5% prime mortgage rates....
No DU/DO needed.


Before any consumers ask, its a joke.... for the guy quoting us all 3.5% mortgage rates this week. If you have sources with 3.5% mortgage rates with 1 point, why are you even looking for other lenders?

Also, this is NOT the forum to be asking questions of other brokers. There are plenty of forums (Brokers Outpost, Broker Universe, etc) to learn the business and talk to other brokers.
