The story of my refi is here almost like a diary. I got my appraisal done on Jan 14th and still no money. I had to start liquidating everything I could find so that checks would clear and pay most but not all of my real estate taxes which will be due Monday. On the 5th two mortgages, if they haven't paid off will bounce in my account.

My mortgage broker is Martin Smith at Precisions Lending in Cincy acting out of Emery Federal Credit Union. He says he contacts them every day and I know its been a bit busy for refis- but this is like I mentioned about to become a disaster.

Any ideas?

See if your brokers manager can get involved, or if he can talk to a manager at the bank.
