Default What to offer on a foreclosure?
Hello,

Can anyone tell me what is the standard amount to offer on a foreclosure? I am considering a house that's $290,000 - it's in pretty good condition. I just don't know what would be a good amount to offer - like 90% or 80% - more or less. Please advise.
