Default Should I use a broker for FHA or just go to Big Bank??

What are the pros/cons of using a broker as opposed to just applying with BOA and Wells Fargo for example...........

Try getting quotes from a broker and a bank. That way you can be sure that not only are you getting the best deal, but you are working with the better loan officer. Loan officers are individuals, and as such your experience with them will vary even within the same bank.
