As some of you know from posting on here, I am self employed and have my own small company. I do loans in Florida only. I do network with others and have an outlet for out of state and FHA loans meaning I refer those out. From time to time, I will get a deal from those that I refer to.
I have been contacted by a nationwide firm that does loans in all 50 states and FHA. It sounds good. I would have to give up my company and its name and so forth but....
I need to know if any of you have been in this position and if you or anyone you knew went this way.
