most 4506 are signed and have a date on it

if there's no date on it, then the lender can keep it forever until they want to pull it.

When I received our loan documents, our 4506 was completely blank and there was a part that says do not sign if a third party requires you to complete the form and sections 6 and 7 are blank. I asked the mortgage broker about it and she said it was no big deal, but I filled it in anyway. Will we receive another at closing?
