Our FHA (buyer's) loan got final direct UW approval, but now they have PTD's that need to be met prior to loan documents being sent. One of them being a termite service done to the house. (which we are having done this week).
Our RE agent told us that the PTD's are no big deal and should be complete very soon..
Why is your idiot lender using jargon with you?? You should not know that term. Your lender should lay out all items needed as succinctly as possible while avoiding acronyms and jargon. Your lender's JOB is to simplify the complex, to explain the inexplicable, and to ensure that you understand everything prior to anything happening. God, I hate my profession.
