Arrow USDA guaranteed loans
I have a question about how long after a bankruptcy discard can a person get a USDA guaranteed loan?

The USDA website doesn't say and I've heard from different lenders that it's 2 years, other's say 3 and some say 4.

Also could someone point out to me where that the USDA says how long if someone know's a link?

USDA is the Department of Agriculture - didn 't know they guaranteed loans...

Or are you referring to FHA loans?

The USDA Rural Development Program provides funding for direct loans and also guarantees loan for eligible properties and for people who meet income requirements.
