Default seems that my loan broker is playing games

It has been a disaster since i had this loan broker. I have been trying to close escrow for the last couple of weeks, but there is has always been a problem somewhere. I already signed loans doc. but i haven't sign ESTIMATE OF CLOSING COST STATEMENT. I am trying to get the escrow to send me this doc. to sign but they said that the lender stating that they wont fund because the loan broker is charging above what we agreed on, which is true. I contacted the loan broker and he said that the escrow company is the one that hasn't send him this ESTIMATE OF CLOSING COST STATEMENT and he is waiting for it. The loan doc. shows that the rate lock expiration was yesterday. I am not sure what to do and who to contact to get this done. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

The above is not possible. If you signed all loan docs, you signed the GFE and were given a copy. If, by "I already signed loan docs" do you mean that you CLOSED, or that you signed 5-6 pages that were mailed or faxed to you??

If you have suspicions: Walk away from this lender immediately and start with someone else.

Walking away might be easier said then done.... what have you signed? What charges are you on the hook for (appraisal, etc?)? You need to continue to pressure the broker to correct it. However, don't "cave in" and just agree to higher then you were promised.

So what??? If OP is "on the hook" for the appraisal, OP can just have it assigned to the next lender.

Are you talking abt signing the Final settlement statement (HUD)? Check with your broker what has he done about extending the rate lock? Probably he/she must have not received the HUD from the title company. Ask your broker to be upfront and give you a clarification on what is happening with the closing? Cross check the HUD with the GFE you signed and see where the difference is?
