SummerSurana is on a distinguished road
It largely depends on whether you working with a broker or directly with lender.

There are numerous sites wherein you can compare and check the services and offers available by different lenders. for instance you can check www.mortgage.com or www.bankrate.com or even www.mortgagenewsdaily.com However they all publish retail rates in the market available as on that day.

If you are working with a broker probably you would like to visit www.lendingtree.com and check the ratings for different brokers and feedbacks given by other consumers.

Or simple Google it out if you are looking for a particular lender/mortgage company. there are lot of blogs/forum discussions wherein you can find out the various experiences of different people.

Last but not the least, its not at all necessary that if one person faced a difficulty to gt their mortgage/refinance from any ABC company you will face the same. a lot depends on scenarios and how knowledable the person dealing on your file is.

All the best for your search.

Check the state banking commission or BBB. Look for both the lender/ broker and the loan officer.
