I am looking to refinance. We have do not have 20% and our current rate is 7.25%. The loan came from Fifth Third.

On the bottom of the note it reads:
"Multi-State Fixed Rate Note - Single Family - Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Instrument"

Does this mean it is a Fannie Mae loan through Fifth Third?
