Default Relo appraisal?

Anyone have one of these done? Any chance anyone did one within a year or so of a regular appraisal? How close were the numbers?

We're having one done on Friday.

I've done quite a few. Depends on what you mean by a "regular appraisal." I would be suspect of an appraisal performed over the past two to four years performed for lending purposes.

A relo appraisal should give the value in a "normal" market and a quick sale value. It should define both normal and quick sale.

and the values are different.
