What is your favorite bike of all time and why?Mine is the Suzuki GSX-R(Gixxer),I just love them!Ever since they were introduced in 1985 they have changed the way racing bikes are built. The first one I ever rode was a 1988 blue and white 750 slingshot and boy was I impressed, the second one I rode was a 1992 blue and white 1100 and WOW the power on that bike was just imense it blew the socks off me!.The one I own now is 2003 blue and white gixxer 750 and I love it!it handles like a 600 and has the just a little less power than the 1000.Also I won't buy a Gixxer if its not blue and white I love them in their native colors.

Mine. Though I may be a little biased, LOL.
It will be even better once I do all the modifications I have planned.

Default Favorite bike of all time

I haven't reach that point yet, I've been riding for over 35 years and have enjoyed all my bikes, my current has probably been my favorite (2002 GSF 1200S ) but I would like to own a BMW K1200GT that just might be the favorite of my life.
I could go back, my 500 honda was all modded out and i had a blast with that bike, I loved my 750 honda's and my old Norton was fun too, I guess I don't know if I really have a favorite, I've enjoyed each bike I've owned.

Man, I've been shopping for a metric cruiser and just haven't bought yet. But when I do, it will be the best bike in the world (to me).

There's a custom shop about 30 minutes from me that puts some of their beautiful bikes on eBay. I came close to winning on two of them (prices well below showroom price) that were in my budget. One of these days....

Well, if we're talking ones we own it'd have to be whatever I'm riding at the time

But of those we lust for I'd have to start a list with various Vincents, Manx Norton, a number of BiMotas, HD UL, Cyclone board-trackers, etc., etc., etc........................................

It depends on what I was doing and the phase of life I was in when I had it....Dale Walker loaded Yamaha VMax's back in my street racing ,"to much white around the eyes" period,HD shovelheads and E blocks in my "wannabe a badass" era and XR600r's back when I didn't value my life and skin near as much .

Goldwing Aspencades and HD Ultra Classics for 15 yrs or so and now my current ride,Valkyrie Interstate.....Power galore, reliable beyond belief, sofa couch ride, affordable, a cool retro look and it'll make an Ultra Classic look like it's up on blocks beside the road when it comes time to leave the territory and you twist your right wrist a bit.
