The Russians Are Coming is still one of my very favorite movies ever, and I think I've been lusting after Alan Arkin since I first saw it - when I was about 8!

Arkin had a memorably funny small role as the police chief in "So I Married an Axe Murderer", which also featured Steven Wright's (the stoned pilot) debut. Those two and Mike Myers playing his Scottish dad made that movie.

The In-Laws should've never been remade. Arkin and Falk were genius in the original.
