Which is the movie with the most surprising ending you have ever seen? Regardless of being good or bad, just unexpected and surprising?!

If it is a new one, please don't reveal it or use a "spoiler" sign.

The village.
I knew there would be some "twist" at the end, but didn't expect that at all!

LOL! Good one. His latest movies (TLAB, the happening, lady in the water or whatever it was called) have been terrible.

My top 3 most surprising endings:

1. Saw - I was blown away with this one, I didn't even have a CLUE that the guy laying on the floor (appearing dead) was jigsaw. After the movie, the audience I watched it with just had their mouths dropped in shock and couldn't believe the genius of this ending

2. The Sixth Sense - Bruce Willis-- a ghost!? This took me by total surprise.

3. Psycho - The original surprise ending.

...Yes I know, I chose three horror movies...

The Usual Suspects had me fooled.

So did Primal Fear.

Body Heat didn't really surprise me, but it was a cool ending.

I actually figured out The Village about half way through - no guns? Yeah right (not).

But The Sixth Sense did surprise me with it's ending, to the point where I went back and rewatched it to confirm LOL

The original Planet of the Apes. The final scene blew me away the first time I saw it.

Yeah, same here.

Spoiler
You mean there AREN'T giant spiky monsters in the forest? The heck you say. And this place is undiscovered in the woods? Hello, Google Earth.

Yeah, that one got me. I had to rewatch it too. My husband called it from the beginning and didn't tell me ... he's still gloating.
