I don't have answers for the faves, but:
Least Favorite Actor by a HUGE margin: Christopher Lloyd. YUCK YUCK YUCK.
Least Favorite Actress: Julia Roberts. She's ugly, stupid, has an annoying voice, and can't act. She sucks. And her laugh makes me throw up a little.

Favorite actress: This one's easy; Jean Arthur by a long-shot.
Least favorite actor: John Wayne, though to be fair I'm only considering big names. I'm sure there are TONS of lesser-known actors I would dislike considerably more.
Least favorite actress: Not sure. Probably any number of modern actresses would fit the bill.
