Clean, Shaven. What a sad movie. A Paranoid-Schizophrenic is trying to get his daughter back.

'Snow Cake' with Alan Rickman and Sigourney Weaver.

A man driving through Canada gives a young hitchhiker a ride. A terrible accident ensues and he travels on to the girl's hometown to inform the mother, who, it turns out, is autistic.

Fantabulous film, and Rickman's most emotional role ever.

Session 9 from the early 2000s.

It has David Caruso in it, but I dont think many people have heard of it. Excellent horror movie though in my opinion

Bedazzled - 1967 version - Starring Dudley Moore, Raquel Welch
I could give you a crapload of films that I liked that probably no one else has heard of. I'll start off with The Kid Brother, a Harold Lloyd movie, which means it is silent. Dodsworth, from 1935. A Tale of Two Cities, also from 1935. I'll give you one that's not exactly unknown, but it never seemed to make a big spalsh, but it is great. Little Big Man, from 1970. And if you want to get a little further out there, there's My Name is Trinity, and its sequel, Trinity Is Still My Name. Not classics, but funny, dubbed-in westerns from the early 70s. Harvey is an underrated classic, if that's possible.

How about...
Beyond Rangoon-John Boorman very devestating but beautiful film.
Lars and the Real Girl...just remarkable.
Waking Ned Devine...classic, Hilarious.
Rope...an early film, a real thriller, pretty dark, but excellent.
I'm sure I'll think of some more the minute I hit the Post button! Let me know what you think if you get to see any of these.
blessings,
b.

Idiocracy.

The mainstream media didn't do much for it because it could cause a wave of thought antithetical to their agenda.
