I'll admit to owning most of the movies that Daniel Craig has starred in. He has taken some brave roles in controversial movies and I like that. Plus he always gets the girl. Just like James Bond.

For some reason, this is harder for me than actress. There are some actors that I love, but aren't necessarily the best, or may not have a lot of range, like Gregory Peck and Errol Flynn. I've come to love Edward G. Robinson and Alec Guiness.

Far too many great actors to claim a favorite but I will list one just to stay on topic; Colin Firth.

Certainly a consideration for 'most talented actor.' A subject for another thread....if this thread had performed better.

I'd say Daniel Day-Lewis is the most talented actor around.

I used to answer this question with Harrison Ford, but I'm starting to lean towards Ryan Reynolds now. I've liked him since Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place and he's just getting better and better.
