It seems there is one extremely bland actor that everybody here has missed.

Very correct. He plays Clint Eastwood. Yet he lives somewhere in Carmel, overlooking the sea, and laughs all the way to the bank.

Didn't read previous posts, but Jennifer Lopez. Always. the. same. I'd have to say the same for Jennifer Aniston too. Always like movies they're in, but still, always playing romantic comedy characters.

Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Anniston are modern day versions of girls who could have been "Brady Bunch" regulars. They are minimally talented. Not much range.

But again, I tend to forgive the comedians.
There are two things here. Actors who play the same role (whether it was written that way or not) over and over
and
Actors who play themselves playing the same role over and over.
Aniston is the worst offender on both.
But were Ryan and Rogen good in their super hero roles? I didn't see the movies but I got the impression not.
|
Rogen wasnt a bad Green Hornet, and I think the character of Deadpool suits Reynolds well. I havent heard much positive about Green Lantern, but I cant make the call myself.

I really dont know how he still gets work. He has grown some as an actor since his robotic and pitiful early days, but he is still not even average.

Thats right and probably only became successful due to a big break in their careers (Friends) or had the right connection.
Not very talented actors in the least.
I think Lopez was actually a decent dancer and got her start that way.
