You are right..Mullholland was very hard to keep up with...can't say I loved it either...I should drop the "loved" part from thread topic line!

Requiem was one of the most bizarre, scary and
compelling, IMO---

Donnie Darko gets mentioned a lot here. I also like this odd movie, but damned if I understand it. I got to the end and was like OKKKKKKK, what was THAT about?

Yeah I know what you mean. With these type of movies, I tend to surf to Wikipedia after watching in order to reread the plotline again .
