I have to decide between "The Debt" and "Contagion" to see in the theatre tomorrow . Have any of you seen either, and which would you recommend?

I haven't seen either, but my impression is that they're about on a par, being pretty good movies. How about one Saturday and one Sunday?

I'll also put in a good word for The Guard, which is really great.

I saw Contagion . Interesting movie, not exactly what I was expecting though.

I think "Contagion' would be the better choice.

I saw "Debt". I thought it is good and on edge trying to figure it out. The story jumps around. The ending leaves you wondering.

I thought it would be better than seeing people die all over the place.

I've only seen The Debt and thought it was excellent. I imagine Contagion is good but very disturbing.

I absolutely LOVED 'The Debt'. Very very intriguing, thrilling, well acted and directed. Many twists and turns. I also liked 'Contagion' so I think in the end it it would depend on what type of movie you'd rather see. A deadly virus movie or an espionage type of movie. Both are good. I'd have to say that for ME I liked 'The Debt' just a little bit more.

I didn't find 'The Debt' confusing at all and loved the way it was filmed.
The story didn't really 'jump around'...it was told in a flashback sort of fashion. I loved the ending. I don't want to post any spoilers but why would it leave you wondering? Just wondering

I am glad my hubby was with me. It's not a hard movie to understand but you can miss little things. We could talk about it after and I cleared up things for him and he did for me. The ending just left me wondering what finally happened to her. Did she or didn't she die. Left hanging there.
