Jade Warrior (Finnish) wasn't too bad, I enjoyed watching Krista Kosonen.

Darn, you spoil the fun by "googling" it! jk.

From that list, I can comment on Cold Prey (good, entertaining!), Room 205 (OK) and Sauna (bored the F out of me, just couldn't get into it, not sure why but I doubt most people will like it either).

Not sure if it's a Norwegian film, actually, but I liked Dancer in the Dark. It's stars Bjork. It's part of a trilogy of films done by Lars von Trier. Breaking the Waves with Emily Watson is also good.

Thanks, lots of nice recommendations. Just went through this thread and added in my Netflix queue the ones that are available in Netflix (instant streaming or DVD), which, unfortunately is not much. Will have to find alternative sources....hmm....

I watched "Together" the other night. It's set in 1975 Sweden, and a battered wife leaves her husband and moves her children into a commune with her brother. Hijinks ensue.

Kitchen Stories was a great film, but just for fun, I loved Leningrad Cowboys Go America.
