The Dark Knight when seen in real IMAX for the first time was pretty impressive. Total black screen suddenly switched to a huge city scene. Really felt like you were flying around in the helicopter they probably used to film it.
The opening scene to the old western Duel at Diablo is one of my all time favorites. As James Garner saves a woman from an Indian attack, the camera pulls back in a helicopter shot as they ride into the desert and the opening credits roll.
I think the opening scene of Drive was pretty awesome, one of my all-time favorite opening scenes!
Memorex The whole movie goes back to front.
