Not spoof horror, Just dark humor and a wild ending that is action packed and gory. it is not psychological horror that is haunting. i found it to be a fun ride.

The whole first half of the movie was "The Evil Dead" meets "Cube." In fact, I was actually thinking that it had a very similar story arc to "Cube," just with different execution. During the "transition" of the movie settings, there was one scene in particular that screamed "Cube." I was fairly annoyed during the first half, waiting for something innovative to happen. Then, all heck broke loose.

Is it a good movie? Yes. Was it unpredictable? Not really, if you watch a lot of horror movies, but it certainly had its moments. And there are a lot of horror movie references in this film.

Yeah, I have to admit the last 30 minutes of the movie were pretty damn original. Definitely didn't see that coming.

It was so bad that it was actually good. Entertaining in a very train-wreck kind of way! And yes it was a spoof!

I'm actually surprised to see all the positive reviews. I don't think it was anything special.

I don't think the movie took itself seriously, which is why i was able to enjoy it.

many of the snobby critics on rottentomatoes.com DESTROYED this movie...but folks that are a little more laid back said they really enjoyed it. It was definitely a spoof movie, and in my opinion was jut supposed to be "a fun ride" more than anythign else. It wasn't trying to win any oscars or deliver any real scares like a true horror movie.

I liked it up until the ending, it kind of ruined it for me. It was definitely different though.
