I am not a fan of this fella either and haven't cared to see his previous movies (that's right, not even Borat, which I thought was quite annoying) but I do look forward to seeing this one !!

Preview is hilarious. Especially the track and field scene. Very Monty Python.

I loved Borat, even though it did make me cringe in a few places. I never saw his other movie.

I agree with the track scene, that scene alone makes me want to watch it. I feel bad for admitting to that.

Huge fan of Sascha Baron Cohen here. Loved him when he did the "Ali G Show" on HBO. "Borat" was genius.

I'm also looking forward to his portrayal of Freddy Mercury of Queen.

"Bruno" although I liked the character was a disappointment. It was way too much like "Borat" and went for cheap laughs.

Baorn Cohen can do better.

From what I've seen of "The Dictator" it looks hilarious! And I do hope I'm right! I could use some wildly funny over the top comedy just about now.

Not always a fan of his kind of humour and yet am a big fan because he's brilliant and brave at what he does. Maybe The Dictator is a little more accessible because I agree, I think it looks good. Maybe because there are actually so many actual crazy dictators to poke fun at.

I always cringe here and there when viewing his satirical stuff ('throw the Jew down the well' not to mention some of the scenes in Brüno ) but I think of him as a very important entertainer who makes us look at ourselves.

No doubt The Dictator will be controversial. Better that than the latest mindless formulaic pap.

Any movie based on a novel by Saddam Hussein has to be funny by the way.
