Is on HBO now. Two minutes in and I can't turn away. Missed the very beginning. Caught the scene where the babysitter and Steve Carell had the awkward moment in the car.

Best scene in that movie to me was where Steve Carrell's character is sitting at the bar with Ryan Gosling explaining how vapid Ryan Gosling's womanizing is. I thought it was a brilliant bit of acting by Carrell.
