Carol Connelly: Why can't I have a normal boyfriend? Just a regular boyfriend, one that doesn't go nuts on me!
Beverly Connelly: Everybody wants that, dear. It doesn't exist.

Hahahaha

That movie's script is replete with quotable lines.

Not much later in the film than the one you put up, there's the one in the bar where Kathleen Turner says:
"Most men are like little boys. Once they get a whiff of it, they trail you like a hound."

But, my favorite quote comes from "Vacation" (circa 1984)

Chevy Chase and family are lost in East Saint Louis IL (one of America's most crime-ridden cities) and pull their station wagon to the curb to ask a black pimp in a wide brimmed hat and with a prostitute in each arm directions.

Chevy Chase: "Excuse me, could you tell me which way back to the expressway?"
Pimp: "(Eff) yo' mama"

"Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. Goddamn it! An entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables, slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes - working jobs we hate so we can buy **** we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... Our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off." -Tyler Durdan, "Fight Club"

I probably have waaaay too many. I might as well insert the entire script of "The Princess Bride" lol..but this is one of my absolute favorites and I quote it every time the movie is on. I actually stop what I'm doing, mute the TV and say:

This is Karen Hill, I want to talk to you. Hello? Don't hang up on me. I want to talk to you. You keep away from my husband, you understand me? Hello? ANSWER ME. I'm going to tell everybody that walks in this building that in 2R, Rossi, you're nothing but a *****. Is this the superintendent?... Yes, sir, I would like you to know that you have a ***** living in 2R. Rossi, Janice Rossi... He's MY husband. Get your own goddamn man.

(I always wondered if Janice Rossi ever got her own goddamn man...)

~"Goodfellas"

And another all time favorite but I can pretty much quote the whole movie:

Rose: Do you love him, Loretta?
Loretta: Aw, ma, I love him awful.
Rose: Oh, God, that's too bad.

~"Moonstruck"

One of my favorites:
- Villain: "You are mad!"
- Jack Sparrow: "Thank goodness for that because if I wasn't, this would have probably never worked!"

"There's a lot of holes in the desert, and a lot of problems are buried in those holes. The thing is, you have to have the hole dug first before you bring the problem out to it. If not you are looking at 35 to 40 minutes of digging and who knows who's going to come along? Next thing you're digging two more holes. You could be out there all f***ing night!"

Joe Gillis (William Holden): You're Norma Desmond. You used to be in silent pictures. You used to be big.

Norma Desmond (Gloria Swanson): I am big. It's the pictures that got small.
