I gave up on him after Lady in the water, The happening, And tried to watch Airbender. I had to tap out on that one. Too painful to watch.
Have the trailers been purposely trying to downplay Shayamalan's role in directing this? Usually, his name is front and center. The one trailer I saw, I don't think I even noticed his name until actively looking for the director. The trailer looked good but honestly, I don't trust anything he's involved with anymore.
