the son by mistake rips his pants and this becomes a really hot fashion item.. and success for the son and family. Very funny in parts. Probably made in the 1970-1980 period.The title was pun on either pants or shorts , I think ...

I remember so fine, ryan o neil was the lead in that and I remember thinking jeans where people can see your ass could actually be fashionable
