I think they should bring back THE ORIGINAL 3 MOVIES on VHS again for those of us that like the nice analogue look and sound.. (No digital mastering crap ... JUST THE ORIGINAL RECORDINGS)

NO, the Blu Ray versions of the Original 6 are perfect. Go to a pawn shop to find the old ugly versions.

Why would you want these on VHS? Why not go for 8-track while you're at it?

Go to Ebay. You can get the VHS set for like 5 bucks, possibly less.

Even though I am firmly and adamantly in the "Han shot first!" camp, I really liked all the other additions and fixes to the special editions.

In fact, now I'm in the mood to go back and watch them all again. Yay, Saturday!

Anyway, VHS is a dead technology. No one is producing it anymore. I can understand the desire for the original cuts of the movies. I don't share it, but I understand it. But discs are the technology of today. Tomorrow, it'll be direct download. The day after tomorrow, it'll probably be lasered directly into a frontal lobes.
