Banshee had epic fight scenes during its run! (It was a tv show that aired for a few seasons on Cinemax.)
It depicted male versus male, female versus male, etc. That show also had lots of sex scenes, so look it up, and download all the seasons, for guilty, mindless pleasure!
You will be exhausted at the constant fighting (Pencak Silat-based martial arts) and weaponry used throughout this movie. Special Forces are sent in to extract a drug lord and his henchman from an Indonesian apartment complex. Ish goes sideways real fast!
female vs male: Sharon Stone versus Arnold in " Total Recall" had a very realistic feel to it so it gets my vote.
.
That's because Sharon Stone learned one of the Eastern forms of martial arts for this scene. No doubles, no tricks, clearrrrly her. So yes it feels realistic. I always rewind it several times.
The first fight that stands out in my mind was a sword fight. The pre credits scene of 1973's The Three Musketeers. At that moment I was thinking I had only seen dancing with swords before. That it turned out to ba a father and son sparring told me that I was about to see something unlike anything that I had seen before.
Brigitte and Arnold in Red Sonja. What makes that fight so great? That they are swinging around those huge swords but at the end, they are so exhausted, they can't stand! One often doesn't see that kind of realism in flicks.
