Any of the Star Wars movies, seriously listen to the John Williams score again. Tell me the two suns music don't pull at your heartstrings. Beauty and the Beast is amazing both in vocals and score. The last project Howard Ashman fully contributed to, he wrote a few songs for Aladdin but not many was used in the actual movie or was fixed. Tron Legacy basically you take Daft Punk instrumental techno tracks and add orchestrations to it. Frozen I know that many people don't like it because it was too popular but the score was amazing and so were the musical numbers. The Muppets Christmas Carol very underrated score and musical numbers in this almost true to the story retelling of Charles Dickens' classic story, oh and there are Muppets in it. The Matrix very underrated soundtrack using various electronic and techno musicians in it.
Some great soundtracks here! Personally, I've always loved John Barry's 'Zulu!'
And perhaps there can be some out there who are more knowledgeable on soundtracks and can provide the composer for the piece that comes in at 3:20 and goes on for 6 minutes. Love the music! But is it by John Barry or George Delerue?? I'd be grateful and appreciative for any any info on that piece particularly. Thanks ahead.
