Second Sight has Bronson Pinchot in it and there is a scene I can totally identify with...he can't stand the polyester PJs...he wants his cotton, he can't 'breath' (psychically) in the polyester.
Second Sight (1989) - IMDb

The other one is Vibes with Cyndi Lauper and Jeff Goldblum
Vibes (1988) - IMDb
I LOVED Vibes! As I recall it got terrible reviews, but I loved that movie. I thought Cyndi Lauper and Jeff Goldblum were the perfect pairing. They're both a little eccentric and I love them for it :-)

So far, no others above are available streaming on Netflix, but they all are available on DVD. So, when I turn on the DVD membership again next month, I'll be adding them all!

Fortunately, Dead Zone IS available streaming, so started watching that tonight. Watched just the first episode so far, but I'm hooked!

THE CONJURING from a few years ago. Very, very good horror flick. Kind of reminded me of THE AMITYVILLE HORROR, only it's good. Supposedly "based on a true story," though my skeptical eyebrows are raised.

THE DEAD ZONE is great, both the original Cronenberg flick and the USA network TV show. At least the first few seasons were really good. It got rather weak toward the end.

THE SHINING. Kubrick's film is definitely a scary mood piece, though I think the movie has problems. As cinematic art, it's a masterpiece. As an engaging story, the made for TV version is actually better.

Depending on how you want to define "psychic," there's also:

CARRIE. Haven't seen the remake yet. The DePalma flick was great. I even liked the made for TV version from a few years back.

WONDERFALLS. The best TV comedy ever. Is Jaye psychic? Is she crazy? The show never quite answers, but it's fun throughout.

PUSHING DAISIES. Main character can raise the dead for 60 seconds, then he either has to touch them again or someone else has to die in their place. Hijinks ensue. Hilarious. Chi McBride steals every scene he's in.

Yay! I will check these out later today to see if they're on Netflix.

I think Carrie is one of the scariest movies of all time! Yikes! I never watched any remakes because it's so scary! Oh so good, though...

The Conjuring is much scarier than Carrie. I don't usually get spooked by movies at all, but even I had an uneasy night's sleep after watching The Conjuring.

.
Agreed. Plus, the tv show never wrap up before it got cancelled, so if anyone want to know how it ends, will have to watch the movie.

Or maybe I am thinking of a different movie?
I'm thinking of the one where a school bus of high school kids get stuck in the middle of nowhere and it is the year (like locust, every 7 years sorta thing) the humanoid bat like creatures come out to feed.
That is the sequel.

In the first installment with Justin Long, there was a psychic, a black woman who initially called them up via a payphone to warn them.
She then came by the police station:

Funny how no one mentioned Ashley Green in Twilight series! What Vampires don't count?
That sucks!

How about the lady in "Drag Me to Hell"?
